Common questions about our design, installation, and consultation process

1. Do you offer a consultation or design visit?
Yes, we offer either or both of the following, a kitchen survey in your home and a design consultation in our showroom. In the case of say a kitchen extension where space hasn’t been created as yet we are happy to work with architect’s plans.
2. Can you work with my existing kitchen layout?
Absolutely – we can redesign within the current layout or create a completely new one depending on your goals and budget.
3. How long does the kitchen design and installation process take?
Initial designs will be prepared generally within a few days of home survey or proposed plans being emailed to us.
4. Do you manage the installation as well as the design?
We offer a full service including supply and fit, working with trusted installers, electricians, and plumbers and related trades.
5. Can I see a 3D visual of my kitchen before committing?
Yes, we provide 3D visuals and detailed plans so you can see exactly how your kitchen will look before you go ahead. We use Compusoft Winner which is regarded as the market leader in European CAD design.
6. What styles of kitchen do you design – modern, traditional, bespoke?
We design all styles – contemporary, classic, or fully bespoke to your taste, lifestyle, and property.
7. Can you help with appliance choices and placement?
Yes, we advise on appliances, their integration, and optimal layout for workflow and storage.
8. What materials and brands do you work with?
We offer a wide range of cabinet finishes, worktops, and hardware from trusted manufacturers to suit all budgets and preferences. Brands we work with include Hacker Kuchen, Bosch, Neff, Siemens, Cosentino, Quooker, Blanco and Moduleo to name but a few.
9. Do you handle small kitchens or extensions as well?
Yes – we work with all kitchen sizes and can coordinate with builders or architects on new extensions or renovations.
10. Can I supply my own appliances or worktops?
Yes, we’re flexible. If you have preferred appliances or materials, we can incorporate them into the design.
11. Is your work guaranteed?
Yes, installation and products come with warranties – Please refer to our terms and conditions of sale.
12. What are your opening times?
Our standard opening hours are:

Monday to Thursday – 10am to 5pm
Friday – 10am to 3pm

13. Can you do evening or weekend appointments?
Yes – we understand how busy life can be. We offer evening and weekend appointments by request, so you can discuss your new kitchen at a time that suits you. Just let us know what works best when you get in touch.
